A great dinner, with great leftovers for lunch!

I've made these several times and each time I make them, I wonder why I don't make them more often! I've gotten so "used" to the recipe, that I think I may get brave and start experimenting with an "italian" version or maybe a "mexican" version with taco seasoning and salsa? Hum....... Anyway, the leftovers can be frozen and then reheated for lunch - I microwaved mine on high for 1 min 30 seconds (straight from the freezer) and it was great! I think 2 turnovers is "1 serving." So anyway - here's the recipe - its really good, I promise!!

Sloppy Joe Turnovers

1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
1/4 cup chopped onion (or onion powder)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 t salt
1/4 t garlic powder
10-oz can Hungry Jack Flaky Biscuits (10 biscuits)
Preheat oven to 375ยบ. Brown the ground beef and onion, drain.
Add the ketchup, sour cream, salt and garlic powder, stir to combine.
Roll out dough to 4” round.

Place 1/4 cup (or so) meat mixture in center and fold over top.

Seal edges firmly with fork.

Bake 15 minutes.
If freezing leftovers, reheat in microwave for 1 min, 15 seconds to 1 min, 30 seconds.
